Same players won't appear to rank up

This happens to me on fc mobile, sent the screenshots to in app support and they sent me here

    @rtutto1 Make sure they are not trained, if you have trained that card then they wont appear. Make sure youn haven't put them on any other lineup.

@rtutto1 You muat have a tradeable version and rank it with same tradeable or untradeable card. Make sure they are all outside any lineup.
If you have examples send some screens

I've already trained some of them them before so I don't understand what's the problem now and they were in my first lineup

    @rtutto1 If you've trained them then they won't appear for rank however you can rank them up. Make sure they are not trained. If you have trained the players they won't appear in the lineup.
