I can't login to my ea account

My mobe id damage and when i try to play with new mobile i cant login to my ea account but i have all acess of my gmail id

    I'm so sorry to hear you're having a hard time logging into your FC mobile account. If you backed it up beforehand, or have your User ID from the FC mobile account you want to log into saved, there may be a way to recover the account. Our help guide shares more about that with steps you can follow to recover your account:
