Serious game glitches

Hello, I’m experiencing a serious freezing/glitching issue in FC Mobile.

The game suddenly freezes for a few seconds at very important moments during matches. For example, when I’m about to score a goal, the entire game can stop responding. When it starts working again, I have already lost the ball.

The same thing happens when my opponent is about to score. The game freezes, and by the time it resumes, I have already conceded the goal and have no chance to react.

My network connection is good, and my FPS is set to the highest possible setting. I have also reduced all other graphics/settings to the lowest possible level while keeping FPS at the highest.

I even created a dedicated gaming mode for FC Mobile that stops other apps from running in the background whenever I open the game, but the problem still continues.

So I don’t believe the issue is caused by my network, FPS, background apps, or graphics settings. The freezing happens repeatedly during critical moments of gameplay and is seriously affecting my matches.

Please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a fix. I would really appreciate your help.
