The mission cannot be completed

In my account, there is skill upgrading mission, which is to upgrade a player's skill to level 3. However, in the game, the maximum can only be upgraded to level 2. Hi there. You could try buying a ranked older player — for example, a Silver or Gold card from the market — that allows you to use the three skill moves. Check this thread for additional information.
