Subject: Ballon d’Or Celebration Showing on My Main Account

Hello,
I have two FC Mobile accounts. On my smaller account, I can see and play the Ballon d’Or Celebration – Part 1 event, but on my main account this event does not appear at all.

I already tried updating the game, clearing cache, and reinstalling, but the issue still remains. Can you please check my account and let me know why this event is missing?
