I am often unable to log in, and when I can, actions within the game take an extremely long time (2-3 minutes or more) to complete. As reported by many other players on platforms like the EA Forums, this is a widespread problem.
Crucially, I have performed a key troubleshooting step. On the same device, I logged in with a new or guest account, and it works perfectly fine, with normal loading times and no network errors. This clearly indicates that the issue is not with my device or network, but is specific to my main account. Many other players have made the same observation, suggesting a potential database-level problem with older accounts following a recent update.
