Failed matchmaking

Hi there I’m an ea fc mobile player it’s been 5 days since my account started having issues with matchmaking and I haven’t been able to play since then every time I wan to enter and search it says matchmaking failed 😣 and it has frustrated me a lot please team I need help on this please.. na division matches for the past 3 days now nor vsa even scouting camp please ea help me
