Technical issue in receiving the signed player

Hi, EA i like this TOTS season, but recently I had a issue with signing a player into my team. I spent 3300 shard van djk 116 ovr CB card in the signings but I didn't receive him yet the player is unlocked in the team badge. I have shared the screenshot. Please look into the issue.
