The Conductor

I have tried claiming the first reward path in The Conductor but after claiming it, it doesn't let me claim the next reward. Instead, it is stuck on the first reward. I do not understand how I will be able to complete the Midfield Symphony quest with this happening.

    @mendozzamagic it could of course be an error but I believe it is the interface design that is confusing.

    Every previous Chapter has clearly shown when you have claimed a reward. This one doesn’t.

    I thought it was an error first as well since you were scrolled to the start screen of the chapter as well.

    I like the new design but it is a big change from before! 🙂

    @7591097850560880 Considering you still have 70 tokens left you seem to only have purchased the first three notes. If you get the glowing one the note is pushed down and you can open the next one.

    The whole design of this one is a bit unclear but please try and you will see it works.

    @7591097850560880 The team is looking it to what is happening as a number of users have reported the same issue … if you can do me a favour though:

    1. Take a screen shot of the first node claim screen

    2. Take a screen shot of the second node claim screen.

    3. Claim the first node take a screen shot of what you see after it has been claimed and rewarded.

    4 and 5. Take a screen shot of the subsequent first and second node claim screens.

    Post them here so we can see what is going on

    Thanks for acknowledging the issue! I have it as well. The only thing progressing are the notes being added at the bottom. Stuck at node 1 and I personally claimed it many times already.

    Wait, so if the notes appear at bottom is intended? When will the 2nd nodeunlock tho ? How many notes for node1 until node 2 unlocks?

    Design is confusing for sure otherwise as you can tell. xD

    @GGamersUnited Yes, it is intended. For each node you get you get closer to the final rewards.

    @ninjavibe76 Yeah - that’s why I wanted the three pictures - to see if they were just getting confused by the fact that it is different to previous events … thanks for helping to explain it 🙏

    @Caldent you will clear the path is the same amount of points, and in the same amount of days, as the previous paths … 🤷‍♀️
