The FC mobile app won’t open. It was working up to 2 days ago. I am using an IPad.

If this continues would it be possible to get the following bits of information?
- Player ID:
- Device (make/model):
- Are you playing on Cell Data or Wifi?
- Have you tried another device?
- Do you get any error messages?
