The fc mobile 24 app on apple ipad will not open. It worked up to 2 days ago

Troubleshooting EA mobile games on iPad and iPhone

If this continues would it be possible to get the following bits of information?

• Player ID:
• Device (make/model):
• Are you playing on Cell Data or Wifi?
• Have you tried another device?
• Do you get any error messages?
