[TOTS Shards Loss] Server Sync Error Dropped Balance from 59,064 to 1,950

I play EA Sports FC Mobile. My UID is 856861431410978816. During the current TOTS Star Signings event, I accumulated 59,064 shards through gameplay. I have a screenshot clearly showing my balance of 59,064 shards. When I logged back into the game later, my balance had dropped to 1,950 shards — a loss of 57,114 shards.

 

I did not exchange any players, open any packs, or purchase any players during that time. My in-game "Item History" confirms no activity. I contacted EA Help multiple times via in-game chat and email. Support agents either gave generic responses, sent me in loops, or finally admitted they "cannot grant missing shards or any in-game items." They refuse to restore my shards or compensate me with the 120 OVR Kylian Mbappé card I was saving for.

I am asking for help now 4 days. They put me in a loop. Everyone giving same answers that create an in-game ticket, I did for 3 times now.. no reply properly. They trying to make me like to give up. Email service don't work too along with customer service chat, in game ticket, or anything else.

I am not seeking money. I want EA to restore my 59,064 shards.

 

Please community manager help me facilitate a resolution.
