The technical issue

FC Mobile won't load. After the EA logo, I get a black screen and then “Download Overtime” / “Download Failed – Try Again.” This started around 11 AM. I have plenty of storage. I've cleared the cache, force-stopped the app, reinstalled it multiple times, tried two Wi-Fi networks, and tried a mobile hotspot. The same problem happens on both my TECNO POVA 2 and TECNO Spark 10C. My account is linked to my EA account and Google
