To redeem your Daily Reward please visit the IS shop ???

Im from Iceland , and Im unable to redeem my daily gifts in the webstore. It always says : To redeem your Daily Reward, please visit the IS shop. But there is no IS shop , so where cat I redeem my gifts ?
