TOTY Box Error
I just redeemed the TOTY Box and received 5000 gems. Unfortunately they did not get added to my account. Not sure what to do. My user name is ZdoggSquad2. Thanks for your help. I am using the latest iPad Pro.

Thanks for the help. I rebooted multiple times. Will contact customer service.
They may appear after you have restarted your app (force close and restart) … if they don’t, contact customer services via the in game settings menu and tell them that you have “awards not received”, don’t mention the word bug, just “awards not received”
if you mention bug they will send you here, but there are no other reports, so it is not a widespread bug, and is more likely a device-server synch issue, which will generally resolve with a force close and restart of the app
