9 months agoHey there. Please make sure to restart your device and allow some time after making a purchase. If your Google Play wallet transactions show as completed, feel free to gather proof of purchase as explained on our website and reach out to our team using the in-game Customer Service tab.

It would be great if someone will help me in the in-game customer service but I already talked with operators asking for proof of purchase but after I give it to them I had no response until the day after… when a different operator just ask me for proof of purchases… already done 3 times but still no answer
