Troubleshooting in claiming redeem code

Hey there. Please note that promo codes expire over time, so make sure to redeem them as soon as possible and avoid waiting too long. 

But that redeem code was not expired and my friend also tried after me he had claimed it but I didn't so plz send the rewards to my mail box

When i log in with the code from my email address it shows another account how can i fix this i tried everything

Another reason code activation can fail is if you’re signed into the wrong account. Please double-check your details in the Manage EA Account section and make sure you’re logged into the correct account.
