Troubleshooting in claiming redeem code

I was claiming the code SEAWINALL and it shows the code is invalid and I had filled the code correctly and I was connected to the EA account correctly but I have not got any reward

Another reason code activation can fail is if you’re signed into the wrong account. Please double-check your details in the Manage EA Account section and make sure you’re logged into the correct account.
