Re: Can’t Claim Badge Reward
Issue Description:
After successfully completing the Right Flank Attack group in the UEFA Dreamchasers event (3/3 players collected — Bale, Michel Salgado, Makaay), I am unable to claim the reward of 20,000,000 coins. Tapping the CLAIM button results in the following error:
Error: UNKNOWN ERROR [500006]
“Sorry, something unexpected went wrong. Please make sure you have a reliable network connection and try again.”

Steps to Reproduce:
- Complete the Right Flank Attack group (3/3 players)
- Tap the CLAIM button for the coin reward
- Error [500006] appears immediately
Additional Info:
- Network connection is stable
- Issue persists after retrying
- All event criteria have been met
My league members and friends have experienced this since just after the player reset to claim Bale, Salgado and Makaay.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any fix would be appreciated.
