Didn’t receive the 117 player

Hello EA Support,

I opened the UEFA Champions League compensation pack in FC Mobile and packed a 117 OVR Hazard. After opening my squad, the player disappeared and is not in my club, lineup, reserves, or inventory. I did not use him for training or place him in any squad.

Please check my account logs and help restore the player.
