Unable to Join Leagues - ERROR 20000

When I try to join a league I get this error. I have tried multiple devices, cleared cache, all the recommended steps.  User ID  : REMOVED  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Never post UID on public forums for a start.
Have you recently left or been removed from a league?
