Hi! Sorry you're having trouble getting into FC Mobile. Please try the following first and see if that helps:
- Completely close FC Mobile and reopen it.
- Restart your device.
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network issue.
- If your game progress is linked to your EA Account, Google Play, Apple ID, or Facebook, you can safely uninstall and reinstall the game.
- If the issue continues after reinstalling, please share more information about your device, region, and include a screenshot of the error message if poissible. Thanks
