Re: Error 10000

The issue is with my account and not the device or Internet connection. I created a new EA account to test it out and the new account worked perfectly. The error messages started showing up immediately I connected my original account.

A guest account worked too. and I tried to login on another device and got the same error with my original account also. the issue is strictly with my account.

I've tried to login with my Facebook and Google play accounts too, but I get the same error 1000 message. 

I haven't been able to play for almost 2 weeks now, I've lost so much progress, missed the entire Bundesliga chapter of the TOTS and I'm currently missing out on the Serie A chapter too.

    it's going on 3 weeks now. Just imagine how much gameplay I've missed man. my account was 112 ovr, I just claimed Gullit from shards, played just one day of the bundesliga chapter and boom, error message. I've basically missed the whole bundesliga and Serie A chapters, already missed half of the la liga chapter too. and it's looking like I'd miss the utots too. 

    I guess they just don't want me playing the game.
