Unable to login to web store account

I can't login to my web store account, I have linked my ea acc with correct account in game but when I try to login in web store it says I have not linked my ea  account in game, I have been facing this from the past 7 days fix it please I request yall, also i was able to login to my account in web store before but only now i can't login idk whyyyyy

    Sorry you’ve been unable to access the FC Mobile Webstore for the past week.

    Since you’ve already confirmed that your EA Account is linked in-game, please make sure you’re signing in to the Webstore with that same linked EA Account. The FC Mobile Webstore requires the EA Account linked to your FC Mobile profile in the in-game settings.

    If you’re definitely using the same EA Account and the Webstore still says it isn’t linked, please use Contact us at the bottom of that guide so the issue can be looked into further.
