Unable to make substitutes

There's no substitution button at the drop down menu during matches..even if  i enable auto substitution, players wont go out

I can’t subs in  Vsa , Head to head and manager mode .

Every single one. All the challenge modes, division rivals, kick-off matches, etc. Everything.

This is the third time of complaining to you guys that I can’t make subs during matches and I have a lot of players at bench
