Unable to make substitutes

I am unable to make any subs during any mode of matches . Subs option is not seen during gameplay. Kindly help

- @1r7e3a28fjm7 you can't make subs in manager mode - you can only change tactics
- @mendozzamagic I have seen people do subs in all Head to Head and Manager Mode .. dont see any such option in my account
- @1r7e3a28fjm7 players can't make subs in Manager mode, only the AI (which is controlling both sides) can.
Players can make subs in H2H - you should be able to access subs from the three dots in the right hand side.
It won't be an option if you don't have any subs selected though!
(I have seen someone else show a screen shot of h2h with no subs option, so have passed it on to the team) Can you please have a look at the attached pic and confirm me if I have selected subs in my team ?

Same here, i even uninstalled & installed back but still the same No Subs options. PLEASE HAVE A LOOK EA, not fair when playing! Please see attached photo.cheers EA!There's no substitution button at the drop down menu during matches..even if i enable auto substitution, players wont go out

In what game mode did the bug occur? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I press the button with the 3 lines on the top right corner, I never get to see the substitution button, therefore I am not able to put on substitutes an any time of the match, in any gamemode at all. Auto-Substitution also doesn't work. All I see when I press the button on the top right corner of my screen is the Camera Button and the Pause button if I'm not playing PVP/with another player. At first I didn't give any thought to the Substitution button but when I noticed it not being anywhere on the screen I asked a friend of mine who also plays EA Sports FC Mobile 24 and told me that the button to put on substitutes is to appear when you press the top right corner button with the 3 lines. He even showed me his screen and it was there, but nowhere to be seen in mine. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still no result.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 06:52 PM/18:52 PM (Timezone is GMT+3)
My also subs are not working. Although I am selected subs player. Please help someone..
