Unfair Ban Appeal for Content Creator HikaSIU

Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Team,

I am writing this post for one single reason: the unfair ban of the Youtuber "HikaSIU", who is one of the biggest FC Mobile content creators in the Middle East and potentially in the entire world.

His account was banned without any reason, even though he continuously supported the game, followed all terms of service, and built an amazing community around FC Mobile. Literally hundreds of thousands of players—including myself—started playing this game because of him. After all his efforts, having his account banned for no reason without breaking any game policies is a clear and direct injustice to someone who was one of the biggest faces and supporters of the game.

All we are asking for is to restore his account to how it was, along with proper compensation for what happened (whether via FC Points or any other form). The most important thing is that his account gets unbanned as soon as possible before the FC Mobile 27 update, so he can participate in the upcoming NUMERO event.

We hope to see this issue resolved swiftly.

    Thanks for taking the time to reach out on behalf of HikaSIU. Unfortunately, we aren't able to support account actions here on the forums, as we lack the tools and records to do so and cannot discuss account details. 

    If the account action feels incorrect, the account owner will need to follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. Once that appeal is created, they can keep an eye on their case history page, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. This would be the only route for the account action to be reviewed. Thanks!
