Unfair Bugs and Glitches in EA FC mobile 25

Well I am facing so many Glitches and bugs in this game... Which is actually Irritating 

★ 1st in the Quest section : Achievement Quest there is a task where I have to train 18 players to level 30... I already have trained 10 players to level 30.. 1 week ago, but the quest progress is stuck on 8...

Also the daily Activity ( Daily Quest ) sometimes getting stuck... 

★ 2nd I am facing really bad ping (over 80ms , sometimes 90ms).. which is actually not normal because, I am not using mobile data I am using WiFi connection which is really fast and good I will send you the Screenshot ... My device is a gaming device and I downloaded the game from Google Play Store...not from any 3rd party app or website... In between head to head My players are acting like 65 ovr players they are not moving...

★ 3rd so many things are missing like the daily bonus pack from the Code Neon galary section...

Also in the 2024 December almost 3 month's ago 4000 gems gone missing from my account for no reason.. i didn't use or spend them i swear to God... I already reported that incident so many times but I didn't get my gems back ,*Just because of poor coustomer service*... Everyone knows it's so Difficult to Collect resources as a F2P ... So please if you can give it back it will be helpful 

As a proof I am sending the Screenshot of the recent incidents but I don't have any screenshot of the missing gems because it happened more than 3 months ago...
