What Can i do i am not able to play game every time am start the Game , its not running, only showing this error

The sad thing is that no community manager are replying to this thread. It has been 4 days
- @ac94576e45dc52c8 So still no solution? Its 6 days and 0 progress ingame, this is very sad, we are 7 friends IRL, since the update i created the league and invited them we play H2H between us. And now they all are playing and i still cannot load the game.. EA where are you ?
