Hello dear ea fc mobile support, i cant login via facebook. It was working just 2 hours ago. But now i cant login by facebook anymore. All it says is “sorry. Something went wrong.” Wats happening? Pls help me asap. I am not able to play anymore.

Hello is ea listening to us ? Its been more than 3 days we have been facing this issue and no a single reply from experts ? We are not been able to login and play ea fc mobile. Wat the hell is happening ?

- mendozzamagic2 years agoHero+@5555555200055 There are quite often issues with Facebook connection, particularly if you are trying to use multiple accounts on the same device … I suggest that you use Apple or Google as your primary account links

First tell me why ea is removing my replies nd comments ?? Ea is not doing anything from 4 days nd now they r even removing our replies nd comments for no reason. Wats this ? We all r not been able to play ea fc mobile from 4 days nd ea is removing our replies nd msg instead of helping. Unreal

I have the exact same problem, I contacted EA Help and r/FutMobile Discord server yet no solution has been provided so far. Please help us ASAP.

I have been requesting ea support about this issue for almost 6 days now. All They have been saying is they r investigating this issue nd will fix this asap, They only reply to just check back in couple of hours bt its been more than 6 days now. They only have been making excuses nd wasting my time. EA just dont care. It feels like a random small indie game company not ea, I feel They r only trolling us. I have talked with 10s of their support staffs now, bt they just say they r fixing this issue bt there is no progress whatsoever from 6 days. Their players have not been able to login nd play their games from 6 days nd they r just chilling. Now they have also closed their support channels too saying its holiday time lmao. I have invested so much in this game nd now i have missed all the new contents, quests, exchanges deadlines etc. Whos gonna compensate us that ? EA experts dont even have guts to reply here. WTF is this ? unbelievable .

Exactly, the EA team needs to do better in addressing this issue, the response so far has not been great at all, this issue still persists and the support team needs to fix this log in error because more users are getting affected day by day and are losing progress,

Same here for about as long. Locally I have multiple devices connected so I can play on them. But not on my iPad.

Fc Mobile suddenly will not connect to Facebook using on iPadOS 17.2 and I can’t access my gameplay. The displayed message is “sorry something went wrong “. All updates had been applied to both game software and OS updates.
All working then suddenly it won’t connect.
I’ve tried deleting, restarting and reinstalling both apps. Normally this would work on any temporary glitch but it makes no difference.
Tried several times and also logging out of Facebook on all browsers on the device.The Settings have not been altered and there are no connection issues.
I’m only experiencing issues with IPad and I’m able to connect to the games facebook link using my android phone
the game connects perfectly on my Android device and loads the current gameplay progress.
Any advice or way to resolve this would be appreciated.
i can’t believe that this issue has just been left hanging by EA without any help or update.

Eureka Indeed ! Finally they fixed it after 23 days omfg. 😱 bt didnt get any compensation rewards, only some 60+ players nd some gems which i think u get anyway when u login after 20 days 😂

Would have been courteous for them to post an answer or let us know 😂🤣😅. Since they are unable to manage that -psmall token then compensation is a stretch to far🫢

I am having a problem with my facebook account . I actually have two accounts in which one is linked with EA account and Google play games while the other is linked with facebook after I was done playing in my EA account i tried to login into my facebook account but it was not showing the option to login into my facebook account instead the game was just linking it to my EA account please help me EA i dont want to lose my account i think some unlinked my facebook account- mendozzamagic7 months agoHero+@90xowxyehvmw Hi mate - if you wa t to have two accounts the safest way is to have them on seperate devices, otherwise the game doesn’t deal with it very well.
There are some trouble shooting tips here, but you are probable best to contact customer service either via the in game settings menu or via ea help website
