Why is EA incompetent in regards to helping
I have been banned for 7 days and apparently it says banned for hate speech, but then when it goes into details, it just says a game name not any reason. Now they don't respond and have no way besides an email that gets thrown into a bin and never looked at. Why don't they have a better support team or delegate it to another country. Why do they let their robots go through auto ban people and then wait for people to eventually ask why for them to not respond. Why is it so bad?
