EA account issue with PlayStation™Network account

Hey,
I hope you are doing well.

For some time I have been facing an issue that I can't be able to connect my FC24 game on PS4 for online gaming, I don't know why it's showing that my account is blocked. I bought a PlayStation subscription and tried online gaming for the first time. It means I wasn't connecting to the game frequently, I mostly play offline but still face that issue.

After my research, I think somehow my EA account is connected with the wrong PlayStation™Network account, and when I try to remove the current PlayStation™Network account from my EA account through my laptop, the PlayStation™Network option appears in the Not Linked section
Can anyone please help me to resolve that issue for me? I will be very grateful to you.
