Why i cant log in my account in ultimate team, every time that i tried to log in it just give me there was a problem communicating with ultimate team servers ?

FIFA points from the preorder special edition I buy before 2 months
I preordered the fifa 26 I saw it giving fifa points 6000 points , and I get only the first 2000 and I not open the game two months and I don’t see the points this is a bug ?!????
