Bought the deluxe edition yesterday morning and still haven't recieved the 4600 points that were suppose to come with it.
Any help would be appreciated, kind of dumb to other something then not deliver it, if I had know i would of just bought the base version of the game and saved myself $20.
- @dansoloperto I haven’t received any of this either. I have a ticket with ea now but am getting nowhere
Anyone else have a solution for this yet? I’ve got ea cases going but nobody can seem to help?
- @dansoloperto Same issue here, its been 48 hours EA states that it can take up to 24 hours for points etc to be put on the account but still nothing.
Bought the Deluxe Edition 2 days ago. Didnt recieve my 4600 madden points then but read on the EA support site that it can take up to 24 hours. So now 2 days (48 hours btw) later and i still dont have my madden points.
I just bought the deluxe edition on Xbox and didn’t receive the 4600 madden points. Is there a redemption code or did I just not receive them because of a glitch.

PreOrdered Madden 24, which included 4600 Points in Aug. Read the blogs and EA indicated that it would be issued in smaller increments each month. Now Oct and NOTHING. I have emailed with customer service and this has gone on for 2 weeks with a new agent replying each time asking for the exact same information. NO WAY to speak to anyone live and now they are indicating because it's been more than 30 days of the purchase, they won't issue the missing points! WTF!! This is infuriating!!
I'm having trouble with Madden 24 points not showing up. I recently bought the deluxe edition of madden 24 points. It says I get 4600 madden points but I still haven’t gotten them after multiple days. I paid an extra 30 dollars for this and it’s not here. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have tried reaching out to EA support, it gives me the option to start a live chat but the form is messed up and it won't let me choose my platform to start a chat. any help or advice is appreciated. I play on Xbox series X btw.
