I bought the deluxe edition on PC on Aug. 18th, i never received my madden points. on Aug. 19th i put in my first case, i have put in numerous cases since. an ea chat representative i spoke with on Oct. 22 said that since it had been 2 months, he needed an investigation to find the problem like i hadn't been trying to get this issue resolved since a day after the game came out. The chat today told me to go post in here and essentially do their job for them. Long winded way to say i bought the deluxe edition and never received my madden points.
Been a week almost and still dont have my 4600 points, funny how when i buy points in game for example 500 points i bought to test are added directly but when buying the deluxe edition the points arent added directly to your account.
I've made multiple cases and have send them proof of my purchase and the needed account information. Response i got? Go to xbox support to talk about the missing content.
Now tell me how is microsoft gonna help me with a currency that EA owns? I understand you guys have some sort of standard form to send out when recieving tickets about problems but this is just insane for such a big company.

I have just recently bought the madden 24 deluxe edition and in the description it says you get 4600 madden points along with the game for purchasing.
I have waited a couple days to see if they would show up and have not.
I have contacted EA support and they seem to be able to do nothing about it.
I just got the madden ultimate edition and havnt received any of the content it’s supposed to come with. I never played old gen so that’s not the problem
Got the same issue almost been a week and EA support just keeps saying they can’t do anything contact Microsoft and the Microsoft says they can’t do anything contact EA.
There is no help at all
Contacting EA does nothing you send them an email about the missing in game product and do nothing but pass the blame off to Microsoft.
An update needs to be made in game to help all these people who are missing the content they spent their money on how many people does it take to make a complaint before someone catches on that their is something obviously wrong with the game itself
Same here been messaging back and forth for 3 months and still getting the run around.

EA support doesnt do *, it does not care about the players. Contacted them multiple times send them screenshots of my chat with Xbox support that xbox cant do anything about this problem because its in the game itself. EA Tells me that the developers cant manually add points to accounts which is stupid because developers can do anything within the game. Now after 3 weeks of talking back and forth with EA and Microsoft i cant refund the game either since its past the 2 week window where you can refund a game so im stuck and EA just took my money.
Basically they wont help and dont care what you tell them and 10 out of 10 times you will get a automated response telling you to contact the retailer where you bought the game from.
