Pre order code doesn't work from retailer

I pre-ordered the physical game through Best Buy and received an invalid pre-order bonus code as well. Please send a valid code. Thank you. 

I am also having this exact issue, ordered from Best Buy, code doesn't work. Please fix EA

I tried put in my code that I got from my GameStop receipt and didn’t work 

I'm having the exact same issue. Called best buy and they basically said, "keep on entering the code until it works"... still no luck. 

HI @Bpsmn If you are having an issue redeeming a code or product purchased through a retailer you will need to reach out to your retailer for further assistance with the purchase.

Best Buy said you sent them all the codes and they don't work. Apparently this is a wide spread issue. Not sure how ea managed to send out codes that don't work?

How do I and everyone else get the items we paid for?

I bought the basic 70$ version but pre-ordered knowing there's a preorder bonus aka player and when I got the game I got the code for it but the game is saying invalid card, I've looked everywhere to see if anyone else had this problem but it didn't looks like it, then I pre-ordered the game through gamestop and was expecting another in-game bonus sense I bought it through gamestop but haven't received anything yet! Is there anything that could be done? Thanks in advance

I called Best Buy and had to be transferred twice to the digital redemption dept or something like that and they basically said I wasn’t the only one and that I to wait through the weekend to see

if the code starts working and it still doesn’t work.
