Unable to use 50% for Madden 24, only see 10%

It is not showing the 10% discount when I go to pre-order the game through Madden 23

It takes me to a 99.99 dollar no discount game then if I look at options it's 2 other options of 10 % on the Xbox series x but definitely not the 50% off we've been promised

I click on the Madden 24 50% off through my M23 home screen but it just sends me to store to buy the games for full price and no discount.

I was affected by the franchise glitch, I see the option in game for the 50% off. However, when I attempt to purchase, I'm only given the option to purchase at the EA play price.

50% off offer in Madden 23 for Madden 24 redirects you to the store with no discount.

• My Xbox shows 50% off in game but when I hit view, I only get the 10% off from my Ea access? Any one else have this issue.

No we are talking about the 50% off madden 24 for those affected by the madden 23 franchise glitch.  The post you referenced has nothing to do with that. 

I CLICK MY DISCOUNT on madden 23 andit's saying it is  99.99 THIS IS NOT RIGHT EA. Fix this ISSUE
