Are 90+ OVR players available in mut 24??

I just played against a MUT team who is 88 OVR which I’m not complaining about but I looked at the team and it’s got key 90+ players. It has 92 Mahomes, 91 Burrow, 92 Tyreek Hill, 91 Justin Jefferson, 88 Aj Brown, 91 Nick Chubb, a whole 89 OL, 91 Miles Garrett, 91 Nick Bosa, 92 Ramsey, 90 J. Alexander, and a 90 Woolen!!! WHERE THE * DID THIS PERSON GET THESE PLAYERS IF NOT FROM CHEATING THAT YOU OBVIOUSLY DON’T CARE ABOUT ONLY IF IT INVOLVES COIN!!! Fix the game (I have more pics but I can only add 3)
