Banned for Player Name Mike Vick who EA puts in Madden 24

Im perma banned with no email. Warning. Not a single answer as to why. My in game name on nhl isnt even offensive. There is no reason ea should ban me. I basically only play ea games. I dont talk *. I havent had a bad name. And i wasnt even online when my ban happened. What a butt hurt player reported me cuz they lost? Then might as well ban all players who win a game. I havent done anything wrong and all the money ive spent on ea products and in game currency is all wasted. If your going to ban me. Refund me all my money for every single game ive spent money on. Ive legit done nothing wrong and have not recieved a single notice of an offence aside from ingame sayin banned. 

I've played EA games online for over a decade with the same player name, but we beat 13 teams in a row and all of a sudden Mike Vick is offensive? Offensive enough to ban a paying customer, but not offensive enough to remove from Madden as EA earns more money from people buying in game currency to obtain Mike Vick. Unacceptable and not moral by any standard. This is what a toxic environment looks like, not the healthy environment EA sold me when purchasing your products.

I went through the proper channels @EA_Barry , and this was the result. "After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly and will not remove this sanction from your account."

My account is suspended for using player name Mike Vick, but I double checked and EA still has Mike Vick in Madden 24. How can that be appropriate on Madden 24 and inappropriate on NHL 24? This is toxic behavior towards a customer that started playing EA games when NHL 94 was released. Attached is the response from the ticket I opened. This has to get fixed.

How can Electronic Arts put Mike Vick in Madden 24 but ban a customer of over 2 decades for using the player name in NHL 24, and then refuse you correct their hypocritical judgement on the matter??? This is bad business and an unreasonable standard that only drives away customers.
