Every time I try to play franchise mode in madden 24 and create my own player rather than just go with the head coach option, I get told the game is "unable to process my request, please try again." no matter how many times I try over again or close the game and reopen to try again. Why is this happening? How can I get it to work?

Every time I go to do my challenges or try to play a ranked match on MUT it gives me this message every time "our servers cannot process your request at this time. It started at 6pm yesterday California time and still going on this morning 6:37 am. I've reset my storage space, hard reset my xbox series x and still the same thing. I need this fixed The MUT qualifying tourney is this weekend and I can't even build my team up.
It’s been 2 days and it still not working. It’s ea sports not us . Already missed early access ( give me money back) is there a way to have live chat because this sucks. I give it one more day then the new topic will be REFUND!!!!
If you have problems in ultimate team servers not being able to process your request. Go to your lineup and generate best team. I don’t know why it works but it works for me
Why did I give y’all $100 for “our servers can’t process your request” simulator. Y’all said it’s a make or break year y’all broke the game df
I have a friend that has this exact issue, he contacted EA help they gave a bunch of generic steps for his connection, he gets 800mbps download. I also logged in on his account on my Xbox and got the same error. Anyways after he tried all of the steps EA gave they responded with "this is a known issue". It is frustrating getting a game half of because they deleted our CFM last year but getting early access would be nice but they can not even get that right.

not that i know of just wont allow me to play any games in MUT

Ive tried reseting my PS5, closing my game, etc - @EA_Illium Read a few of the dozens if not hundreds of people who are having the same problem, I only browsed 10-20 posts in two threads and was able to quickly deduce that LOTS of people are locked out of MUT servers for ALL of the games in that area. Put me down on the list for someone who can't finish the 4th Solo Battle game for Saturday, it worked fine about 2 hours ago, now it's lost-and-gone-forever-seemingly.
Same tech specs as ones for the other issues I've had, I grow weary having to retype my info again and again, particularly when it's obviously a widespread issue that could be found easily if the devs played the games once in a while. seems like every single user is having this problem
