Can’t login to my EA account

I'm having the same issue. I decided after a long time to go back to Madden. I guess this was a mistake. Can't even go online. 

I'm calling to get my money back and will never purchase another EA product again. Garbage company, used to be good, but no longer apparently.

You will need to reach out to our support team if you are having trouble with your account and if the reset password didn't fix it for you.

1. On the EA Help homepage, type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears. 
2. Select See all help topics. 
3. Select the Manage my account category. 
4. Select I need help logging into my EA Account. 
5. Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear. 

I’ve been trying to everything, I’ve been reading your support sites and threads for hours yet I keep having the same problem. I’ve reset my password, I turned on login verification and yet everytime I try to log into my EA account it’s brings me to the same page which tells me to “reset my password” and to look at your feedback sites. It’s honestly getting ridiculous and I would really appreciate some help.
