Can’t play h2h or solo battles "Our servers cannot process your request

Summarize your bug While playing game four in Mut solo draft, I finished the game but the connection to the ea servers cut out. I was immediately sent to the main dashboard of madden. I selected to go back in, and get my rewards but when I got back into Mut solo draft, and clicked on the next game, I was immediately kicked back out to the dashboard. I repeated over and peer but I have never been able to get back into mut solo draft. I did go and finalize my "season" hoping it would allow for a clear reset, but I didn't get any awards and I am still unable to play mut solo draft. So I decided to try h2h, which works. Also, if I close the game app, and go back into madden 24, I will be able to play challenges. However, if I go check mut solo draft and it sends me back to the dashboard, I will not be able to play challenges. Upon clicking on challenges after being dashboarded, I am pushed throw multiple screens without my control.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to MUT solo draft, play a game, and lose connection to the ea servers and you have the issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? Lose access to mut solo draft and challenges is inaccessible as well. (You only lose challenges once you get the ea server error from mut solo draft)
What do you expect to see? I expected to keep playing or to get my experience points and awards.

Same here haven’t been able to play all madden h2h for 3 days now and EA still hasn’t done anything to help us

ever since Friday I haven’t been able to play mut h2h seasons each time I exit the game it tells me that even days later EA needs to find a fix or at least address the issue which I have not seen yet.

I finished three of my four solo MUT draft games. Ever since then, I have been unable to play the fourth: an error says “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”… after receiving this for two days I opted to retire the draft and collect my rewards. When I try to do so, I get the exact same error. Very frustrating.

What do you expect to see? To be able to play the game if I have Wi-Fi TV and controller not to be inconvenienced by simple bugs

Solo Battles not working, every time I try to enter solo battles I get "Error: Our servers cannot process your request at this time." and sent back to the main menu, haven't been able to play solo battles at all since Friday. Good job Ea, another year still the same. Anybody have this issue or fixed it? I've tried making a new lineup and even just letting generate best lineup make my lineup, and I've tried the less than 55 players "fix" but that didn't do anything either. Here's a tip EA: fix your game.

Same here, I won’t allow me to play any game mode. Not even practice mode via mut.

It's happening with MUT Solo Draft too, but don't tell EA that or they'll delete the post with a bogus excuse about it violating forum policy.

17 pages worth of posts and still no response from EA they sure put a stop to people dc glitching and going undefeated in MUT CHAMPS though they fixed that before the weekend was up
