- @cmj7721 Well the good thing is I fixed mine. The bad thing is it was by unblinking and relinking my account. Resulting in a complete Madden 24 reset. No rewards, no progress, no pre-order bonus. All modes reusable...DO NOT RELINK YOU ACCOUNT OR YOU LOSE IT ALL. Now excuse me, I need to go put in another ticket to see if they can get my old account renewed, preferably without the MUT Solo draft issue.

Yes, “our servers cannot process your request at this time, please try again later”Which Game Modes(s) is this happening in(H2H2, Solo Battles, Draft, etc)?
Literally every single mode besides mut draft, I cannot play with my team AT ALL!
Are you able to play any other game mode?
Literally only challenges and mut draft and I already did all the very little challenges you’ve provided this year…
What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up?
Im trying to either play head to head online, compete in solo battles, and house rules.

Literally day one, I found a temporary solution where I’d generate best lineup that bought me 2 nights of actual play time before it started again, this has been happening since launch and outside of those two nights I haven’t been able to access just about everything. I paid for early access just to get * on by a piece of garbage company, y’all really need competition so issues like this would end you guys instead our only option for a decent football game is you so we’re forced to come crawling back.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
Cleared my consoles cache, generated best lineup, have moved my lineup around constantly to find what’s bugging it out, reinstalled the game, all have failed.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)
How bout fix it, it’s a simple error message half your player base is getting maybe should think bout fixing it, my guess is you have no * idea how to fix it otherwise you would have responded with a solution to one of the thousands of posts like mine by now
From what I can tell, it is directly linked to our accounts. I can play online in my alternate account without a problem on the same Xbox.
I have also tried every troubleshoot method possible. None work.
This issue requires a patch from EA as it is directly linked to how their servers communicate/translate our accounts into online matches. There has to be some sort of glitch in that line of code.
This issue has persisted since my husband and I bought this game. I cant play Solo Battles or many other game features. Can you all fix this? My gamertag is Shepatriot99

still no fix
at first it pushed me to finally venture in to h2h which squads ended up being a blast and I love it now
that being said I would still love to be able to grind gold or better plays and gold in solo mut draft.....
Having exact same experience, worst part is not being able to play mut draft now
Really, this is the response? There’s no content and solo battles are the only thing to do on Ultimate Team and your response is to wait for server maintenance that’ll take place in 7 hours!
