Are you getting an error message? Yes, “our servers cannot process your request at this time, please try again later”
Which Game Modes(s) is this happening in(H2H2, Solo Battles, Draft, etc)? All modes except MUT Draft
Are you able to play any other game mode? Only challenges and MUT Draft
What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up? Im trying to either play head to head online, compete in solo battles, and house rules.
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 8/19/2023

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
Cleared my consoles cache, generated best lineup, have moved my lineup around constantly to find what’s bugging it out, reinstalled the game, all have failed. - WeekendHype2 years agoRising Novice
I'm having same problem with solo battles and after maintenance today, it didn't fix it. My solo battles have been down since last Friday.

Solo battles have been giving me a error message since Friday. Maintenance was today and they're still not working. It's hard to compete for the comp reward AJ Terrell when you are missing out on solo battles. I play on ps5 WeekendHype is player tag.

What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up? I go to choose my difficulty and get error message saying,"can't complete request at this time.Check back later"
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? August 17th 2023
Is anything else happening? Kicks me back to main menu
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: clearing cache and restoring license
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

The Washington game, 72 overall team is causing the error. I hit R2 on ps5 to update games and then I was able to play solo battles! Hope this helps.
Note: I did reset cache and restore license and tried to play the Washington game and it didn't work. So that's when I just updated the games and was finally able to play.

SINCE LAUNCH on the 15th... it's the 23rd now... cmon
my MUT draft mode is broken at the step of giving me rewards for the season . Each time I try to log in it says our servers cannot process your request at this time please try again later” . It’s basically impossible to find any support staff help from EA also

@zachery124 Merged your thread with a larger thread. How do I fix this because it just happened to me yesterday and I still can’t play h2h
I’ve only been able to play 1 solo battle, every other time I try I get the same error. I’m on PS5
