Cannot continue when logging into EA.

I am playing on Xbox Series S. I somehow got kicked out of the EA servers and now when I try to access My Superstar mode I am prompted to login. 

I get the verification emailed to me or texted, doesn’t matter either way. I receive the code type it in, then when I go to click the continue button nothing happens. There is no progress or anything. I can’t exit the screen with the B button either. 

The only way out of the continue screen is to click the home button on my controller.


i spoke with a chat agent and they told me it was an Xbox issue which it isn’t.

only happening with madden.  

if anybody has come across this and fixed it please let me know. 

I don’t want to buy NCAA or Madden 25 if this issue persists.

    Can we give the following steps a try first, 

    • Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
    • Check for console updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Persistent Storage 
      • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
      • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
    • Alternate Mac: 
      • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
      • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
      • Select restart 

    After check if you still need to log in, if so confirm if you get a verification code.

  • This has been happening me for 4 months and I have not been able to connect so I went into the ea.com on my phone and logged in and went to my account and turned off login verification and it worked 👍😁
