Card disappeared from the auction house no coins on my account.

Summarize your bug So I tried to sell my Ji'Ayer brown card from the superbowl promo for about 500k and It disappeared off the auction house and from my binder now I'm struggling with eahelp to get my card back. The advisor said post the bug here.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? playing the game posting to the auction house when your right at the max of 20 things you put on the auction house. I believe I put it up for an hour. I came back an hour later and it was gone didn't even say it sold for nothing like I made a mistake.
What happens when the bug occurs? The card is gone along with my coins I got nothing.
What do you expect to see? No coins. cards gone no history of its existence
Ive been in contact with ea help but they haven't been acknowledging me directly even when I ask them to confirm they are getting my proof which is attached to this. I told them when the incident happened and they responded with when did the incident happen just wasting time. Then they just say post to this forum but how does that help me and my game account Im missing a card which means I lose coins that I grinded for pleasssssssssssssssssssssssssssssse helppp. Ignore the field pass subject it is forcing me to pick one even though this is an auction house issue.

If you are running into a technical issue we can try the following steps for your platform:
Spoiler- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
- Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
