Card disappeared from the auction house no coins on my account.

Product: Madden NFL 24
Platform:Xbox Series S

What is your gamertag/PSN ID? VOID LED
Date/time issue occurred 2.18.24
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Field Pass
Summarize your bug So I tried to sell my Ji'Ayer brown card from the superbowl promo for about 500k and It disappeared off the auction house and from my binder now I'm struggling with eahelp to get my card back. The advisor said post the bug here.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? playing the game posting to the auction house when your right at the max of 20 things you put on the auction house. I believe I put it up for an hour. I came back an hour later and it was gone didn't even say it sold for nothing like I made a mistake.
What happens when the bug occurs? The card is gone along with my coins I got nothing.
What do you expect to see? No coins. cards gone no history of its existence

Ive been in contact with ea help but they haven't been acknowledging me directly even when I ask them to confirm they are getting my proof which is attached to this. I told them when the incident happened and they responded with when did the incident happen just wasting time. Then they just say post to this forum but how does that help me and my game account Im missing a card which means I lose coins that I grinded for pleasssssssssssssssssssssssssssssse helppp. Ignore the field pass subject it is forcing me to pick one even though this is an auction house issue.

    Hey @SOCCERBOSS360 

    To confirm we cannot assist with account issues, missing in-game items or progress, order/payment issues, or Account actions here on the Answers HQ forums. 

    If you are running into a technical issue we can try the following steps for your platform:

    Spoiler
    • Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Persistent Storage 
      • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
      • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
    • Alternate Mac: 
      • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
      • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
      • Select restart 

    However, if you continue not seeing your items, you will need to speak with our support for further assistance. They can pull up your account and see what options may be available. 

    If you are having an issue creating a case, try following the steps in the link above and selecting the following options:

    Madden NFL 24 > I'm looking for something I earned > Select Chat or Email

    Well I was told to post it so your team can help me. I already emailed ea help and its been a hassle they asked me when the date was and to verify with a code they sent me just to then tell me to post on here and ask yall for help. can you tell me what I need to do and give me an answer that's a full sentence. It is also confusing because it sounds computer generated in the emails because there are fragments. This is what i was told and I quote " Hi There, Greetings from EA! Thank you for contacting EA Help. My name is Suhel and I would assist you today with your concern. I would request you to report this issue as a bug so that our team can look into your issue and if they find any relevant solution to your problem, they  will post it on the same thread." end quote. 

    So someone please explain to me how I clearly chose my topic as missing content that the ea help advisor cannot figure out what my issue is. I told you what it is im missing a card like.................. Your telling me you cant just add the card to my account again like I have proof as well from mut.gg showing i owned the card hours before I tried to sell it like how difficult does it have to be I understand its not your fault. But can someone please give me some direction that makes sense that will actually put me on the right path. You could start by informing me on how to get this advisor to actually do something they seem like they are dodging helping me. They respond at 4 am like this is a simple fix I have proof they ask me redundant questions I already answered over and over.

    did they ever fix this? it happened to me and every time i make a case on ea help they close it or mark it as fixed but it never gets fixed and it’s very hard to even contact them.
