Disconnect Loss

Hello,

I, unfortunately among many, have experienced a disconnect loss in Madden 24 online before the game even started. I am hoping this loss can be wiped clean from my online record, as I have proof of the loss being clearly not on me nor my internet. I was given the loss despite disconnecting before the original kickoff. I know this is something that can be fixed, as they take losses off your record in NHL that don't belong there within a couple of days without even having to contact EA. Such a madden desync is annoying to me because it's the ONLY loss on my record.

    To confirm we don't have a method to edit your record, However, depending on the platform you are playing on we can try a few different steps and check how your connection to Madden servers is afterward.

    Hello,

    My NHL record has *consistently* been edited in HUT after disconnect losses before, without asking anyone @ EA, so at least someone definitely knows how.

    However, I am PS5. Would like info on how to prevent disconnects in the future. I don't lag in games, but disconnect Ls randomly occur.
