Ea server crashing and giving me a Loss

Hello, I received a loss numerous times because the ea server crashed while I was in the middle of a game.
Internet is a perfectly fine 582 mbps

also I was winning

Thanks for the additional information!

When you have another moment can we try the following steps as well?

Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)

Verify you signed into your PSN account

Check for updates

Restore Licence

Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Open your PS5 NAT Type

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

Are you getting an error message?

Is anything else happening?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

I keep getting disconnected in Madden 24 Ultimate Team. Internet connection is strong. Has been happening ever since I got the game last month

My internet is fine, this is the ONLY thing I ever have any issues with. I'm sick of losing games because of your servers consistently shutting me out and losing valuable progress/rewards.
On Ps5, only six months old
NAT Type 2
Connection speed 131.9mpbs
DNS is already the one provided
The screenshots are too large to compress and still show what is in them. Not to mention videos I've taken
