My face of franchise keeps crashing. Every time I click on it to start up, it begins loading, shows the Home Screen, then goes completely black on my tv screen. All music is cut off, and nothing shows up on the screen. I’m using a PS4 console
Try booting in Safe Mode and then choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

I'm literally having the exact same issue, as soon as I boot into face of the franchise, And then I tried to enter the league to continue the league, I select it and it looks like it's going to boot and then it goes to a black screen and there's no sound and no way to get out of it unless I quit the game through the Xbox menu and then reboot, I've done this tons of times to no avail.

I’m having the same issue. Just bought the Deluxe Edition yesterday. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game in my console. Still having the same issue.

I'm trying this method now does it actually work I've been having the same issues like many others with fotf black screen problem?
That method didn't work it didn't fix the black screen problem on face of the franchise on ps4 in powered off the game put into safe mode than chose option 5 and still nothing I wasted 45 minutes of time it won't even let me erase it and start off I even uninstalled the game and installed it back Ive tried clearing the saved data I don't know what to do answer suggestions please.
