Franchise - unable to connect after simming

MADDEN 24 FRANCHISE MODE EVERY TIME I GO TO A NEW WEEK IT IS SAYING CONNECTION ERROR UNABLE TO CONNECT TO EA SERVER. THIS IS TERRIBLE

Everytime I load into my franchise it says I've lost connection to ea servers, I have zero issues connecting to server nor with my internet but I cannot load franchise without crashing, anytime i do load it crashes whenever i try to upgrade players or advance week. I'll never pre-order again. 

You’re not the only one! It is the most aggravating thing. I play franchise online with friends and every single time either one of goes and finishes a game, training camp, trade, or literally anything else we disconnect from the servers. All of constantly get disconnected at every turn we take. Madden and EA needs to fix their *…cause this is the most irritating thing ever we can’t even enjoy the game because of it.

Summarize your bug When I try going into my franchise i recieve 2 error messages and lose connection to ea servers. There have been a couple of times where it will let me in but as soon as I sim to the next week I get kicked again.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)

What happens when the bug occurs? get kicked out of the franchise and off of the ea servers
What do you expect to see? 2 error codes

Iva had this same issue when i play online franchise mode. I have another person playing the mode with me and we both cannot be in the same franchise together or it will kick one of us out. extremely frustrating!!!

Yea I started having that same issue in week 5 of regular season boots me out after every game now in week 9 I can’t continue. Not very happy about the fact franchise mode has been broken the last few years. EA is really starting to lose my faith about putting out games who ever tests these games should be let go and actually bring in people who play the game to test it. 

I have been also experiencing this issue and have since contacted ea support who said developers are working on this issue. I am just frustrated why i would spend extra money to get early access when i cant even play the game modes i want to play. how can they incentivize early access and make that a selling point when game modes dont even work. 

I have been experiencing an issue that is making it very difficult to play online franchise mode. This mode is my favorite in the whole game and is why I wanted it. The issue happens in franchise mode when you load into your league then boots  you off before you can do much of anything. Summarize your bug I can log in and play one game in franchise but as soon as the game ends it disconnects me from EA servers. Ik my servers are fine however because I can play any other game mode. This bug will not allow me to play franchise for a day no matter how many times I force quit the game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’ve heard just advancing past week 7 it happens to mostly everyone. Online franchise.
What happens when the bug occurs? It dashboards you and says reconnect to EA servers.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see connection error.

Please fix this issue or give me a full refund of game.  I only play this game because if franchise and if I can’t play franchise this game is dead to me

Every time I open online franchise I get an EA connection error. I also can’t upgrade players or sim/advance weeks. Franchise mode keeps getting neglected and the preorder definitely wasn’t worth it. Fix this issue EA.
